In October 2024, Efficient Buildings Europe launched the first Implementation Guide on the recast of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). This is a resource for all the actors working to enhance energy efficiency in the building sector.

Through 55 recommendations, our Implementation Guide provides practical insights on how to deliver energy efficiency in buildings.

From the National Building Renovation Plans to the Renovations Passports, the guide addresses all the key aspects of the EPBD, providing a clear roadmap for understanding and implementing its requirements.

Inspired by this guide, Efficient Buildings Europe is conducting a webinar series on the EPBD implementation, with voices from both the private and public sectors.
