Secretary General Adrian Joyce on Euractiv

EuroACE Secretary General Adrian Joyce gives his opinion for an Euractiv article focussing on the New European Bauhaus.

The article analyses in a broad manner what is this initiative trying to achieve. To do so, it references European Commission President Urusula von der Leyen’s words, “Every movement has its own look and feel. And we need to give our systemic change its own distinct aesthetic – to match style with sustainability […] If the European Green Deal has a soul, then it is the New European Bauhaus.”

Mr. Joyce is cited in a section of the news piece that looks into the potential benefits stemming from this initiative for companies involved in the building and construction sector. Our Secretary General says “Our hope is that it will also result in positive regulatory proposals to boost renovation in the EU”.
