Our Activity Report is Now Available!

In 2025, Efficient Buildings Europe had a particularly active year, with a strong focus on supporting the implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, shaping upcoming EU legislative initiatives, and strengthening community-building across the building sector.

Through our publications, we followed key policy files including electrification, heating and cooling, public procurement, water resilience and energy security, the 2040 climate and energy framework, the evolution of the EU Taxonomy, and the Clean Industrial Deal.

We also helped shape the policy conversation by bringing stakeholders together through events, meetings with EU policymakers, and a dedicated webinar series inspired by our EPBD implementation guide.

The year also marked the launch of this newly branded website, designed to become a knowledge hub for the building sector.
