EPBD revision: how to boost renovation rates and depth in the EU

The revision of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive is a necessary pre-condition to meet the Renovation Wave objectives and to achieve a highly energy-efficient and decarbonised building stock by 2050. With renovation rates and depth stubbornly low across the EU, the Renovate Europe Campaign set out its recommendations to strengthen the regulatory and non-regulatory measures for energy renovation in the Directive.
