Strengthen Article 5 of the Energy Efficiency Directive on public buildings

Its limited scope, weak enforcement and the availability of alternative measures have meant very little impact on the ground. The Renovate Europe Campaign called for the upcoming revision of the Directive to strengthen Article 5, to increase the rate and depth of renovation across Europe.
