Brussels Times: EU faces €150bn annual gap to solve housing and energy crisis, experts warn
The Brussels Times reported on the launch of the Joint Working Group on financing of sustainable and affordable housing, set up under the European Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition and the Pan-European Investment Platform. The article names Efficient Buildings Europe among the industry and housing bodies taking part. It also cites the Commission’s estimate that every euro invested in energy efficiency in homes generates around €12 in savings for households.
