Efficient Buildings Europe at the European Sustainable Construction Conference

On 24 June, Efficient Buildings Europe joined the discussion on digitalisation in the construction sector at the European Sustainable Construction Conference in Brussels.

Our Secretary General, Adrian Joyce, made the case for a quick and full implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive to generate data and encourage the uptake of digital tools.

Allison Scott, representing our member Autodesk, highlighted the importance of data collection and management, as well as the potential of digital twins. They drive productivity, help improve buildings’ performance and help deliver safer working conditions on site.
