Efficient Buildings Europe at the IEA's Global Conference on Energy Efficiency
On 13 June, our President, Julie Kjestrup, spoke at the International Energy Agency’s 10th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency in Brussels, co-hosted by IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol and European Commissioner for Energy and Housing Dan Jørgensen. She joined the session “Energy Efficiency for Affordable Homes and Workplaces”, a key conversation on how to double the rate of energy efficiency improvements by 2030.
The same week, several CEOs from our member companies were in Brussels, sharing insights and solutions for a more efficient built environment at the IEA conference and the EU Sustainable Energy Week: Daikin Europe, Etex, Grundfos, ROCKWOOL Group, Saint-Gobain, Signify, Schneider Electric and VELUX.
