Building envelope and structure

Traditional ventilated roof with insulation located on the horizontal slab between the light walls that support the sloping roof.

Heating and energy

Balanced supply/exhaust air system with a highly efficient counterflow air-to-air heat exchanger. The heating, air conditioning and hot water is generated by a high-efficiency heat pump and three fan coils.

Energy performance

The ventilation equipment recovers 84% of the energy from the expelled air and transfers it to the air driven from the outside.
