Renovate Europe calls for MEPS in its EPBD roadmap response

In its response to the European Commission’s roadmap for the revision of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, the Renovate Europe Campaign called for Minimum Energy Performance Standards. It suggested that the regulatory measures of Option 3 and the non-regulatory measures of Option 2 be combined in the most effective way to boost the rate and depth of renovation across the EU.
