Ensuring the uptake of smarter solutions for better performing buildings

The webinar was part of our 2021 series “Future-proof EPBD: let’s deliver beyond the Renovation Wave!”, held in the context of the European Commission’s public consultation on the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).

This last webinar of the series considered how digital and smart solutions can boost the digitalisation of our buildings while improving their data and strengthening their role in smart sector integration. Smart solutions such as smart meters, Building Information Modelling and digital twins can dramatically optimise the energy performance of a building while securing cost savings for occupants, with a positive impact on their health, wellbeing, comfort and safety.
