The second webinar looked at how to finance the Renovation Wave. Deep energy renovation of the EU building stock is worth an estimated €300 billion per year, and most of it will have to come from private financing. The webinar discussed why the renovation market struggles to access financing – fragmentation, high upfront costs, long payback times and a lack of reliable data – and what can be done about it.
