The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive was amended in 2018. To facilitate the transposition and implementation of its new provisions, Efficient Buildings Europe, then known as EuroACE, developed a Guide to EPBD Implementation for national authorities and all stakeholders involved in implementing the new provisions.
