Empowering Citizens to Renovate, examples of one-stop shops
Co-organised by Renovate Europe and its partner FEDARENE, this webinar presented one-stop shops from across the EU and the lessons they offer for accelerating renovation in different national and local contexts.
Many citizens still face significant barriers when they try to improve their homes: technical solutions, financing options and administrative procedures can be complex without guidance. One-stop shops bridge the gap between citizens and the financial, technical and policy instruments that already exist, making renovation simpler and more accessible.
After guidelines from CINEA on setting up and managing one-stop shops, speakers presented examples from France, Slovenia, Italy, Bulgaria and regional initiatives, covering financing solutions, service models and implementation.
Speakers:
- Adrien Bullier, Senior Project Advisor on Energy Efficiency Finance, CINEA
- Mariangela Luceri, Project Manager, FEDARENE
- Sébastien Descours, co-founder of FIDEO – Banque de la Rénovation, project ORFEE (France)
- Ana Tisov, IRI UL, University of Ljubljana (Slovenia)
- Marco Costa, Agency for Energy and Sustainable Development, AESS (Italy)
- Tzveta Naniova, Executive Director of BACC JSC, Renovate Bulgaria
