Launching the EU Renovation Loan

Climate Strategy & Partners, an EU-level supporting partner of the Renovate Europe Campaign, held a webinar to launch its report on the EU Renovation Loan.

By combining existing financial elements into a new instrument designed to deliver finance at the scale of the Renovation Wave, the EU Renovation Loan has the potential to fill the private financing gap and reach over 50 million EU homeowners. The report covers three key elements:

• Identifying the right 50 million homeowners
• Designing the EU Renovation Loan to fill the identified gap
• Implementing the right enabling framework to ensure its success
